We can be engaged at any stage of a job or case.
Typically, we are engaged to review a brief already generated by an organisation’s internal staff or by trade-level inspectors from a government department.
Our small and professional nature means that we are usually available to inspect a site or machine at short notice and quickly provide an opinion. Equally, our experienced staff are adept at getting to the core of the issue if supplied with only documentary and photographic evidence.
All Expert Witness reports and testimony are prepared with reference to the Expert Witness Code of Conduct contained in Rules 31.17 and 31.28 and Schedule 7 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (NSW).
To the best of our ability, reports qualify as a Certificate of Expert Evidence pursuant to Section 177 of the Evidence Act 1995.
Work can be undertaken in criminal or civil matters. Our professional and objective nature has made us popular with both prosecution/plaintiff and defence Counsels.
